Robert Richardson ASC shoots ‘Hugo’

‘Hugo’ based on the book "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" written by Brian Selznick commenced filming in London on 11th June 2010 in 3D. Other locations included Paris, Longcross / Pinewood / Shepperton Studios and Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

The film was premiered at The New York Film Festival on 10th October 2011 and was selected for the Royal Command Film Performance in London on 28th November.

Robert Richardson ASC has already had several award nominations and successes for this film directed by Martin Scorsese.
